He Said, She Said is being called a "quickly produced documentary" set to debut on Channel 5 this Monday night in the UK. In the US, Investigation Discovery has picked up a condensed 60-minute version that will be available for streaming on Max and Discovery+ starting March 31. Additionally, ITN Productions has recently created Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy, a documentary that delves into the life and passing of the Friends actor.

The documentary is set to look into the legal case that Blake filed against Justin, claiming he was involved in sexual misconduct during the filming of their 2024 movie, It Ends With Us. She also accused him of hiring a PR firm to run a smear campaign against her online to silence her.

Justin has denied these claims and has countersued for $400 million, alleging defamation on Blake's part. The trial is scheduled for March 2026. The documentary will delve into the evidence from both sides and the reactions on social media regarding this legal battle, highlighting the support each side has received.

Recently, Justin's lawyer accused Blake's publicist, Leslie Sloane, of using them as a ‘scapegoat’ in this legal conflict. His team also stated, “Based on what we know, the Sloane Parties spent months planting hints of serious allegations in the public eye while secretly spreading false defamatory claims to any journalist willing to listen…”
