YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 3's Payal Malik got married to Armaan Malik in 2011. A couple of years later, the couple welcomed their first child Chirayu Malik. However, in 2018, Armaan exchanged wedding vows with Payal's best friend, Kritika. Following the same, Payal left her husband's home with her son Chirayu, whom she fondly calls Chiku. But she reconciled with him after a year and a half. Now, in OTTplay's interview, Payal, who recently got evicted from BB OTT 3, has opened up about the phase where she lived alone with her son.

While Payal Malik initially separated from Armaan after his second marriage, the YouTuber patched up with him later. However, the phase where she was separated and living only with her son Chirayu was tough for Payal. 

"Vo mere life ka sabse ganda (bad) phase tha (It was a bad phase of my life). It was a tough time for me and Chiku jab hum alag reh rahe the. Ek-ek din mushkil se kat raha tha, financial support nahi tha aur emotional support nahi tha (there was no financial and emotional support). I was all alone. It was a tough time," she told OTTplay.

Payal Malik doesn't see Kritika in the top five of Bigg Boss OTT 3

In the same conversation, Payal named the contestants she sees in the top five of Bigg Boss OTT 3. Malik feels her husband Armaan, Sana Makbul, Lovekesh Kataria, Ranvir Shorey, and Chandrika Dixit can be the top five contestants of the reality show. That said, Payal revealed she doesn't see Kritika in the top 5 because of her soft nature.

The YouTuber added that Kritika is unable to plot and plan things in the reality show. She believes, "Kritika dimaag se nahi khel rahi hain, vo dil se khel rahi hain."

Meanwhile, Payal's eviction happened on Bigg Boss OTT 3's first Weekend Ka Vaar, hosted by Anil Kapoor. The reality show streams 24 x 7 on JioCinema and the new episodes drop at 9 pm.
