In discussions with various news outlets seeking clarification on the nature of his relationship with Bhavya, the actor emphasized that he views her solely as a friend. He noted that the dynamics of a show like Bigg Boss Kannada transcend gender considerations when forming friendships. He reiterated that she is a friend, akin to any other contestant, while also mentioning their five-year age difference.

Trivikram and Bhavya are part of a notable list of almost couples from Bigg Boss Kannada, which includes pairs such as J Karthik and Shruthi Prakash, Roopesh Shetty and Saanya Iyer, Deepika Das and Shine Shetty, as well as Bhuvann Ponnanna and Chaithra Vasudevan, and Karthik Mahesh and Sangeetha Sringeri, among others.

Chandan Shetty and Niveditha Gowda initially crossed paths on Bigg Boss Kannada and subsequently entered into marriage; however, the couple eventually divorced.
