Salman Khan met Vivian Dsena, who is a contestant on his show Bigg Boss 18 and the host instantly pointed out how Vivian lost a lot of weight. In case you were left wondering, Salman was referring to the time when Vivian, he and Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla shared the stage. This happened more than a decade ago. Salman Khan, Sidharth Shukla and Vivian Dsena connected from before

Salman Khan was a guest on a TV awards show. Not just that, he gave performances there. It was back in 2012, which is more than a decade ago. This is the time when Salman had just started working on Bigg Boss and was just getting recognized for the show.

Of course, this is also before Sidharth was declared the winner of Bigg Boss 13. He was only known for his role in Balika Vadhu at the time. Vivian, on the other hand, was fresh off the fame he received by playing a vampire in Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani opposite Sukriti Kandpal (and was dating co-star Vahbbiz Dorabjee, now his ex-wife, at the time) and had just started working on Madhubala opposite Drashti Dhami.

Although Vivian was building his career on TV, Salman was already famous in the movies and was getting attention for hosting Bigg Boss on TV. Two years later, Sidharth would step into the film world as the second lead actor in a Dharma movie nonetheless. Yes, we're talking about Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, which happened in 2014, where Sidharth played Alia Bhatt's fiance who was about to get rejected because Alia's Kavya Pratap fell in love with Varun Dhawan's Humpty Sharma.

Vivian Dsena and Sidharth Shukla were friends

Very few people are aware that Vivian Dsena and late Sidharth Shukla were friends. They had even participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and were competing against each other in tasks. In fact, losing to Vivian during a task on Rohit Shetty's show proved to be a turning point for the eventual reality show winner, Sidharth Shukla. Despite being a wild card entry, Vivian beat Sidharth by four seconds in a task. Ever since, Sidharth ensured that he won all tasks, and did, to finally be declared the winner of the season.

Interestingly, Salman and Vivian also met one another at the time. Salman was seen on Vivian’s Shakti: Astitva Ek Ehsas Ki sets back in 2018, before Bigg Boss 12 (won by Dipika Kakar) grand finale. This is a year before Sidharth would have joined and won Bigg Boss 13. So, clearly, Salman, Vivian and even Sidharth went a long way.
