Salman Khan is returning for Bigg Boss 18. A surprise is on its way since the actor has shot a promo of the new season. The promo seems to have a link with the current theme of the show, which is also clear in the tentative list of contestants released. The house is also likely to be designed keeping the very theme in mind, and it could be similar to Bigg Boss 17 but still strikingly different. Here’s everything we know so far…

The theme of Bigg Boss 18

Bigg Boss 18 is likely to have the theme of - Past, Present, and Future. India Today reports that Salman shot the promo, keeping the same theme in mind. The same is expected to even be converted into the design of the house (three teams again after Bigg Boss 17's Dil Dimaag Dum).

The tentative contestants

Fukra Insaan aka Abhishek Malhan and Dalljiet Kaur seem to be among the returning contestants on the show. Mr. Faisu aka Faisal Khan, who made a guest appearance during Bigg Boss OTT 3, might also be a contestant this time. Other names who might join the show include Shoaib Ibrahim, Sameera Reddy, Maxxtern, Purav Jha, Arjun Bijlani, Pooja Sharma, Thugesh, Dolly Chaiwala, Digvijay Singh Rathee, Sheezan Khan, Deepika Arya, Nusrat Jahan, Alice Kaushik, Harsh Beniwal, Surbhi Jyoti, Karan Patel and Isha Koppikar. However, some media entities report that the casting for the show has not even begun yet.

The release date and where to watch

It has been speculated since long that Bigg Boss 18 will be out on October 5. The promo that Salman shot is likely to be out by the end of this month, so the timeline might just be correct.

Like always, Bigg Boss 18 will be out on TV and be available for streaming for Jio Cinema Premium users. It is likely to air and stream at 10 pm from Monday to Friday and be available at 9 pm over the weekends.
