In a surprising turn of events for viewers, Shrutika Arjun, a contestant on Bigg Boss 18, has been eliminated from the reality series. This eviction occurred slightly more than a week before the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18. Shrutika faced elimination alongside fellow contestants Chahaat Pandey and Rajat Dalal.

Shrutika eliminated from Bigg Boss 18

In the most recent episode, Chahat, Shrutika, and Rajat engaged in a two-part challenge aimed at determining who would be evicted from the house. During the initial round, each contestant was required to discuss their strengths and articulate the reasons they believed they should remain in the house.

In the subsequent round, the three participants were tasked with identifying the weaknesses of their rivals. Following this, Bigg Boss prompted the contestants to decide whether the eviction should be determined by the votes cast for the show or by the judgment of a live audience.

They collectively opted for the latter option. This decision resulted in Shrutika's elimination, which was influenced by the audience's votes. Her fellow contestant, Chum Darang, was visibly emotional and broke down in tears.

Shrutika says Bigg Boss 18 made her stronger

Following her eviction, Shrutika engaged in a conversation with India Forums regarding her experience in Bigg Boss. She remarked, “The house has fortified my resilience. I have never travelled solo in my life, nor have I spent even a single day apart from my family or Arjun. Yet, I endured three months in that environment, and without a phone, it was quite intense.”

Shrutika says she has no regrets

"I broke down twice very badly, and it hit me a lot as everything piled up -- homesickness. I look very happy now. I was like, 'I've come out just a week before the finale. I put in hard work till this one week of the finale, and now I'm out. I've no regrets, I'm happy," she added.

About Bigg Boss 18

The finale of the reality show hosted by Salman Khan is scheduled to be broadcast on January 19. The present roster of contestants features Vivian Dsena, Karan Veer Mehra, Avinash Mishra, Shilpa Shirodkar, Rajat Dalal, Eisha Singh, and Chum Darang. Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar is aired on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 PM.
