A recent episode of Bigg Boss 18 has reignited speculation regarding the relationship between Eisha Singh and Shalin Bhanot. Previously, there were rumours of their romantic involvement during the filming of Bekaboo. However, Eisha has denied these claims, asserting that Shalin is merely a close friend. She reiterated this clarification during her appearance on BB 18. Amid these relationship rumours, Shalin has publicly defended the reality show contestant, emphasizing the need to cease the character assassination of women.

Shalin Bhanot conveyed a video message to his followers through his official Instagram account. He expressed his discontent regarding the character assassination of a young woman that occurred when her name was associated with his. In the video, Shalin stated that while he appreciates discussions about himself, he does not condone such conversations that compromise a girl's dignity. "It is a matter of a girl's respect," he remarked.

While sharing this video on Instagram, Shalin included the caption: "A girl’s character assassination is not acceptable! Let’s put an end to this (sic)." Previously, in an interview with the Times of India, Eisha dismissed the rumours regarding her relationship with her Bekaboo co-star.

"It is not accurate! We enjoy collaborating and appreciate each other's company. However, that does not imply we are in a romantic relationship. These rumours are unfounded; he is a wonderful friend," she stated. The actress further mentioned that she found the speculation amusing when it surfaced on social media. "This will not impact me or my friendship with Shalin. We understand that such rumours arise because we are working together on a show," Eisha added.
