In the recently unveiled promotional video, Chum Darang, the newly appointed Time God, is depicted seated on a throne during the nomination task. Other contestants are observed attempting to save their preferred individuals, but an unexpected turn of events occurs. The promo opens with Karan Veer Mehra holding a photograph of Shilpa Shirodkar, stating, "Bigg Boss, my priorities are quite clear. I would like to save Shilpa Ji." Subsequently, Shilpa selects Eisha Singh's photograph to rescue her from the nominations, which leaves Chum in a state of surprise.

The voice of Bigg Boss resonates, announcing, "A tremendous twist will bring forth shocking nominations." Following this, Avinash Mishra opts to save Chaahat Pandey, while Rajat Dalal chooses to save Shilpa and nominates Karan. Meanwhile, Vivian selects Shrutika Arjun's photograph, remarking, "It's a number game. Perhaps my number game will work."
