Subsequently, Karan was assigned a task that required him to read aloud comments from fans regarding the contestants. When it was Chum's turn, Bigg Boss revealed that fans had speculated about her potential affection for Karan. The other housemates concurred with this observation.

To add further intrigue to the scenario, Karan openly declared his fondness for Chum. He took a lighthearted approach and playfully proposed to her. Taken aback by the unexpected proposal, Chum responded with, “Third time is a charm,” which elicited laughter from everyone present.
