Bigg Boss 18 is getting ready for the much-awaited family week, and Shilpa Shirodkar is about to have a heartwarming reunion with her daughter, Anoushka. Anoushka shared that picking which family member would come to see Shilpa was quite a tough choice. Even though her sister Namrata Shirodkar and brother-in-law Mahesh Babu couldn't make it, they still sent her a sweet message.

Heartfelt reunion

Bigg Boss 18 is hitting a crucial point, with all the contestants laser-focused on winning. But before things heat up even more, the show is gearing up for Family Week, giving everyone a chance to reconnect with their loved ones after being apart for over two months.

One of the heartfelt reunions will be between Shilpa and her daughter, Anoushka. Before stepping into the house, Anoushka shared some thoughts with the media about her mom, including what her aunt Namrata Shirodkar and Mahesh Babu had to say about Shilpa's game.

In an interview with India Today, Anoushka was asked if her dad or aunt had any messages for Shilpa. She replied, "It's pretty cool that both of them said the same thing. They wanted me to tell mom how proud they are of her and that they can't wait to see her holding the trophy."

Anoushka opened up about why Namrata didn’t make it to her visit during an interview with Pinkvilla. She mentioned, “I think my mom knows that my aunt, Namrata Shirodkar, lives quite a distance away. I really missed my mom and wanted to see her, to be honest. As soon as we had the chance to visit, I jumped at it. I’ll let her know that, unfortunately, my aunt couldn’t make it because I’m here, but I don’t think she’ll be upset. She’ll totally understand and will be happy to see me.”

In a chat with Times of India, Anoushka revealed that Namrata tunes into the show every day. “My aunt is super proud of my mom. I actually spoke to her for about an hour just before I came in, and we had a great chat about her,” she shared.

Shilpa's experience on Bigg Boss

Shilpa Shirodkar had quite the rollercoaster ride in Bigg Boss 18. While she was in the house, she really clicked with Vivian Dsena and Karan Veer Mehra. Plus, she had a solid support buddy in Chum Durang. By the way, Bigg Boss Season 16 kicked off on October 6, 2024, on Colors TV, and the grand finale is set for January 19.
