The most recent promotional clip for Bigg Boss 18 opens with Farah Khan addressing Eisha Singh, stating that she has an obsession with Karan Veer Mehra. The director pointed out that Eisha frequently complains about the television actor. Farah further discloses that Singh makes disparaging comments about him, even during his workouts in the gym.

Farah expresses her concern, stating, "Ninety per cent of your discussions revolve around Karan. Perhaps you should reduce your obsession." She challenges the television actress on the rationale behind her focus on Karan, despite her apparent dislike for him.
