In an extensive post, Ashita, a friend of Karan Veer Mehra, expressed her disapproval of Rajat and his supporters, stating, "Chappris sitting on tappris, the faceless baseless Dalal Jhund - who refer to themselves as an army." The situation escalated when Karan, revelling in his recent success, shared her story on his Instagram account.

Following KVM's repost of the critical message, an agitated Rajat Dalal released a video that appeared to issue a veiled threat to the victor. In the video, he remarked, "In the past, people believed that provoking Rajat would earn them some clout, but I have ceased that practice. It is better for you to focus on your family and leave my equations alone. If you have something to communicate, address it directly to me. Do not drag the name 'Dalal' into this matter. You may be a city dweller, but you do not understand the intricacies of accounts... Stay out of these affairs. If someone here takes offence, you could find yourself in significant trouble. Take care of yourself."

Accompanying the video, he added, "Do not expect to gain clout from Rajat, and please refrain from trying to take anything from Dalal."

Upon the release of the video, the internet quickly began to respond. Numerous individuals criticized his conduct, with one user stating, "You will never change." Another remarked, "He is excessively fixated on Kv." Additionally, a comment noted, "That is why you are not worthy of a trophy." One user even tagged the Mumbai Police, urging them to take action against him, stating, "@mumbaipolice he is making open threats, please arrest him."
