The week of Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai started with the belief that an important character, that of Anita Narayan aka Anita bhabhi, is no more. She was headed to Lucknow from Kanpur but her bus got into an accident. Contrary to the belief, she had just lost her memory. Mourning, Vibhuti Narayan was being forced to marry a new woman. Manmohan Tiwari was the one to force him into it. Just as Vibhuti was at his engagement, Anita came back but her stopping the wedding led to a new disaster.

Anita bhabhi in an accident

Episode 2370 of Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai commences with Manmohan asking Anita bhabhi if she is going out, and Vibhuti staying by her. Anita is off to Lucknow, and Manmohan asks her to not go there, thus irking Vibhuti. Manmohan bites back saying Vibhuti will make the house a mess if Anita leaves. Soon after, Vibhuti has a moment with Angoori bhabhi, but the special moment does not last long, for there's news of Anita getting in a bus accident. The bus fell into a cliff, and the news left Vibhuti, Manmohan as well as Angoori bhabhi shocked beyond belief.

It is believed that Anita is no more. Thus, Vibhuti arranges a funeral for her and promises her to be a good husband to her, while Angoori bhabhi is seated next to him. Drunk Vibhuti asks his 'sweetie pie' Anita to come back. In reality, Anita has forgotten her identity and is away from home.

Vibhuti Narayan tries to get married again

Devastated, Manmohan forces Vibhuti to get married again. Soon after, Anita asks Manmohan to hold her hand and take her away. He happily says he would do so, only to realize he imagined his mother-in-law as Anita bhabhi. Vibhuti has started hallucinating about Anita even in the Vibhuti house, thus leaving Vibhuti concerned.

Vibhuti searches for a new woman to get married to, and she approves of him. Just as that happens, Anita remembers everything and asks for a Kanpur ticket. She arrives at the time of Vibhuti's engagement to the new woman.

Anita bhabhi comes back, but there’s trouble brewing

On coming back, Anita stops the wedding. However, the new woman and his mother want to be compensated. They demand Rs. 1 crore, thus leaving everyone around shocked. Manmohan, Angoori, Anita and Vibhuti come up with a solution but they could end up in prison for what has transpired.
