In the absence of a legal document outlining their holdings, Laura Wasser, a renowned attorney known for representing high-profile clients, has facilitated a resolution that effectively mirrors a prenuptial arrangement, resulting in a 50/50 division of assets.

While the fate of the ex-couple's jointly owned property, their marital mansion in Los Angeles valued at over $60 million, remains uncertain with no prospective buyer identified, an agreement regarding the estate has been reached, although its specifics are not publicly disclosed. Additionally, the former couple seems to have come to a harmonious arrangement that allows them to retain ownership of their respective projects and professional endeavours developed during the marriage.

Affleck's significant professional endeavour during this period is the establishment of his production company, Artists Equity, which he co-founded with his close friend Matt Damon.
