According to a source, the Batman actor is focusing on personal development and his professional endeavours rather than seeking new relationships. Additionally, production on his forthcoming crime thriller “RIP,” in collaboration with Matt Damon, has reportedly faced delays due to the actor's personal difficulties.

Ben Affleck ‘still adjusting’ to new life

Affleck, who celebrated the holiday and Thanksgiving weekend with his former spouse Jennifer Garner and their children, is gradually reintegrating into his established routines and professional life. A source informed Page Six that he is "engaged in various projects" while still adapting to his new status as a single individual. The insider further remarked, "Ben is not interested in pursuing another relationship at this time."

The motivation behind the star of Accountant 2's choice to refrain from dating is linked to his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez, as their divorce remains unresolved.

Although the couple had been living apart for some time before public speculation about their separation, the official confirmation came only when the pop star initiated divorce proceedings. In the meantime, the actor is dedicating this period to personal development, family, and his career. "Ben's divorce from Jennifer is not yet finalized, and even if it were, he is not focused on dating," the insider emphasized.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner spend time together

Following their Thanksgiving together, during which they assisted the homeless and collaborated with a charity, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were observed spending additional time together over the weekend. The former spouses, who share three children and were married for more than a decade, have successfully preserved a cordial relationship six years after their separation. Recently, Ben and Jen were spotted driving through Brentwood, California, with Garner picking up bagels before visiting her ex-husband’s residence.

Affleck reportedly felt “blessed” to celebrate Thanksgiving with Garner and their children, valuing the comfort that their friendship provides. An insider remarked, “Despite their separation, there remains a profound bond between Ben and Jen. He appreciates their robust relationship and the shared history they have as co-parents.”

A source close to Affleck informed Fox that the Argo star is “enjoying” his time away from the public eye. Often perceived as ‘grumpy’ in the glamorous environment associated with Jennifer Lopez, Ben continues to “cherish” the quality moments spent with Garner and their three children: Violet, 19, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.

The insider elaborated, “Ben and Jennifer Garner have established an excellent co-parenting dynamic. They remain a family for the sake of their children, communicating regularly and supporting one another. Jennifer genuinely desires the best for him, as it ultimately benefits their kids. There is no animosity between them—she has consistently been a source of support as they navigate life after his split from Jennifer Lopez.”

The source also indicated that Affleck is currently in a more favourable position, feeling less stressed and more concentrated on his work and upcoming projects. Although they have taken different paths, he and Lopez continue to maintain a connection due to their intertwined lives over recent years.
