Amitabh Bachchan disclosed that he had not engaged in any preparation, stating, "The producers were oblivious to my heartbeat, and the camera failed to record my trembling legs on that first day. I was completely unaware of what was about to unfold."

He further stated that he resolved to express whatever thoughts he had without reservation. "I observed the game, and the participants entered and began competing, much like the host did during the International show. Initially, I followed the same approach," Big B remarked.

The seasoned actor remarked on the show's time slot, noting that it is broadcast from 9 PM to 10 PM, a period when families typically gather after dinner. During this time, older family members often share stories, anecdotes, and valuable lessons. This inspired him to introduce a character resembling himself, an elderly man with a white beard, who could provide meaningful and thought-provoking insights for the benefit of the audience.

Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 is currently broadcast on Sony Entertainment Television from Monday to Friday at 9 PM. Episodes can be streamed on SonyLIV, and they are also accessible with an OTTplay Premium subscription.
