Kriti Sanon expressed a preference for returning to the film set and concentrating on her acting rather than dedicating her day to promoting the same movie. In a recent interview with Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube channel, Kriti reflected on a period when she was preoccupied with preparations for the promotion of Bhediya, during which she experienced a breakdown. The actress conveyed the exhausting nature of the entire film promotion process.

During the discussion, Kriti remarked that promotions can be exceedingly exhausting. She recounted nearly experiencing a breakdown while promoting Bhediya, particularly as she had two or three other film releases that same year, which meant she had already engaged in promotional activities multiple times. The promotional schedule for Bhediya involved extensive travel to various cities in quick succession. They even utilized a charter flight at night, moving from one city to another, conducting interviews, and repeating the same responses repeatedly. Kriti expressed a desire for a more efficient method, wishing she could simply play recorded answers, selecting options for different questions. By the conclusion of the promotional tour, both she and Varun Dhawan had memorized each other's responses.
‘Everyone around me froze’
The actor recounted the moment she faced a breakdown, stating, “On the final day of promotions, I was scheduled to appear on a reality show. While preparing in my vanity van, I began to cry during a casual conversation. I expressed, ‘I’m very tired; I can’t do this. I’m exhausted.’ Everyone around me was taken aback. Naturally, this impacts your mental health. Engaging in activities that do not bring you joy or satisfaction inevitably leads to stress.”
In terms of her professional endeavours, Kriti was recently featured in the film Do Patti, where she portrayed a dual role alongside Kajol. Additionally, she had two other releases this year: Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Crew.
