On December 17, Elon Musk responded to a post from Tesla Owners Silicon Valley on X, which claimed that the company's profits had risen since Donald Trump's re-election. Musk re-shared the tweet alongside a well-known meme featuring the Jonas Brothers, depicting Nick and Kevin Jonas rotating a table as Joe Jonas entered the scene. He added the remark, "My, how the tables have turned."

In reaction to this, Nick Jonas posted an image of Elon Musk pointing his finger and commented, "Take us to the year 3000." The tweet quickly gained traction, amassing 27.1 million views in a short period. However, this response was met with disapproval from some of Nick Jonas' fans, who perceived the tweet as an endorsement of Elon Musk.

A user on X remarked, "Is this a Trump post?! @priyankachopra, please manage your man." Another user added, "Priyanka, kindly keep your man in check, PLEASE." Shortly thereafter, Nick Jonas posted a photograph with Priyanka Chopra from their Christmas festivities on X. The criticism regarding Nick's perceived endorsement of Elon Musk persisted in the comments. One user stated, "Priyanka, please take the phone away from this man before it’s too late." Another comment read, "Priyanka… girl, run!"

In the meantime, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have recently returned to the United States following their attendance at the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah. The actor shared several images on Instagram as the family commenced their Christmas celebrations. In one of the images, Nick and Priyanka struck a romantic pose, while another notable picture featured their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, playing with a cricket bat.
