The Bachchan family gathered on Sunday evening to participate in the wedding reception of a close associate. Amitabh Bachchan, along with his wife Jaya Bachchan and their son Abhishek Bachchan, was present at the celebration honouring the son of Rajesh Yadav, the Managing Director of AB Corp, the production company owned by the Bachchan family.

Amitabh appeared dapper in a black sherwani layered over a satin black kurta pyjama, while Abhishek opted for a white kurta pyjama adorned with embellishments for the event. Jaya was also seen beaming, exuding elegance in a saree featuring shades of pink and orange. The Bachchans posed for photographs alongside Rajesh, his wife, their son Rikin Yadav, and his newlywed daughter-in-law Surabhi.
An Instagram user humorously remarked, “OMG Jaya ji is smiling (laughter with tears emoji),” alluding to the veteran actor-turned-MLA's ongoing interactions with the paparazzi at public events. Another user inquired, “Where is Aishwarya Rai?” expressing curiosity about the absence of Abhishek's wife, Aishwarya Rai, who had departed Mumbai the previous week with their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan for a holiday during Christmas and New Year's.
