Model and rapper Asim Riaz is once again in the spotlight, but not for positive reasons. A report from India Today indicates that the former Bigg Boss 13 contestant has been removed from the reality show Battleground after a heated confrontation with fellow judges Rubina Dilaik and Abhishek Malhan.

Asim Riaz thrown out of Battleground

Asim's volatile temperament has once again resulted in complications. Reports indicate that a confrontation on April 17 escalated to such an extent that the production team had to step in and halt the filming.

A significant dispute erupted between Asim and Abhishek during the Battleground shoot on Thursday, leading to a controversy that ultimately resulted in Asim's departure from the program.

"What began as a minor disagreement gradually escalated into a substantial altercation. Asim reportedly made derogatory remarks towards Rubina Dilaik, who attempted to mediate their conflict. As tensions rose, all parties hurried to their dressing rooms, leading to the cancellation of the shoot," a source revealed.

Sources suggest that the confrontation between Asim and Abhishek became so severe that Asim was instructed to exit the show. Nevertheless, negotiations are reportedly ongoing between his representatives and the producers to find a resolution.

When contacted, Abhishek's team stated they were unaware of the situation, while Asim did not provide a response. Rubina, on the other hand, commented that "all is well."

Asim in trouble because of his anger issues

Previously, Asim was removed from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 following a contentious interaction with the host, filmmaker Rohit Shetty, and fellow contestants. The incident occurred during a task that involved Asim, Aashish Mehrotra, and Niyati Fatnan. While Asim was unable to complete the task, the other two participants succeeded. Asim subsequently claimed that the challenge was unfeasible and challenged the Khatron Ke Khiladi team to perform it in his presence. He further stated that he would not accept any monetary reward from the show. In response, Rohit presented a rehearsal video demonstrating the team successfully completing the Khatron Ke Khiladi task. After a series of exchanges, tensions escalated, leading Rohit to expel Asim from the competition.

Asim later commented on the situation, stating, “They claim someone is damaging the internet. That’s fine; every action has a reaction. However, they only showcase my reaction and not the initial action. They edit the clips to highlight my responses.”
