Actor Aasif Sheikh, famous for playing Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in the hit show Bhabiji Ghar Pe Hai, was said to have been taken to the hospital after he collapsed on set while filming in Dehradun on March 24.

Aasif was taken to the hospital after collapsing on set during a shoot in Dehradun, as reported by Times Now Navbharat. His health unexpectedly declined while he was filming a high-energy fight scene for a popular series. In the middle of a dramatic moment, he suddenly became unwell, leading to urgent medical assistance.

While filming, he fell ill and collapsed. The report noted that medical professionals on set quickly attended to him. He was then transported to a nearby hospital in Dehradun. It's now said that Aasif has been flown to Mumbai for additional medical care.

“He fainted on set from exhaustion but is doing well now. He was swiftly taken to a doctor for the necessary treatment,” a source shared with Indian Express.

A source for entertainment portal Zoom added, “The shoot was demanding with intense fight sequences. During one of those scenes, Aasif suddenly felt ill and collapsed. After receiving initial care, he was promptly taken to Mumbai for further treatment.”

An official update on Aasif's condition is still awaited, as neither his family nor his team has issued a statement yet. The show's producers have also not commented on the situation.
