Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been backing his son Patrick Schwarzenegger in anticipation of the third season of The White Lotus. Nevertheless, the Terminator star playfully teased his son's nude scene in the series, humorously likening it to his nude appearance in the 1984 film.
Like father, like son
Following his attendance at the premiere of The White Lotus Season 3 on Monday, Arnold took to social media to express his thoughts on the HBO series and commend his son.
“I was thrilled to take a break from filming to honour (Patrick Schwarzenegger) at the ‘White Lotus’ Season 3 premiere,” the star of “Predator,” remarked, sharing a photograph of himself with his son on the red carpet.
He further stated, “What an incredible show! I could feign surprise at discovering he has a nude scene, but honestly, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Be sure to catch it this Sunday – you won’t regret it.”
Arnold was alluding to his famous nude scene in the film The Terminator, where he portrays a cybernetic assassin dispatched to the past with the mission of eliminating the mother of the future saviour of humanity. In each instalment of the series, the cyborg's arrival is marked by Arnold appearing without any clothing.
