Arjun Kapoor is gearing up to wow fans with his new movie, Mere Husband Ki Biwi, following the praise he got for his performance in Singham Again. At the trailer launch event, he opened up about his thoughts on marriage.

When asked about his marriage plans, Arjun said, "When it happens, I’ll let you all know. Right now, it’s time to focus on discussing and celebrating the film. I think I’ve shared enough about my personal life already. When the moment is right, I won’t hold back. You all know me well. So for now, let’s enjoy Mere Husband Ki Biwi, and when the time comes for my wife, we can chat about that then.")

Arjun and Malaika have called it quits

Months after confirming his split from Malaika Arora, the actor is in the spotlight again. Arjun and Malaika began their relationship in 2018 and frequently posted sweet vacation snaps together. While promoting Singham Again in 2024, fans in the audience started chanting Malaika's name. With a grin, Arjun replied, "Nahi, abhi single hoon. Relax karo." (No, I'm single now. Relax.)

Later on, Malaika shared her thoughts on Arjun's comment about being single in an interview with Etimes. She mentioned, "I’m a very private person, and there are parts of my life I prefer not to discuss. I won’t use a public platform to talk about my personal matters. What Arjun said is his choice. I just want to emphasize that it’s been a challenging year for many reasons. I believe it’s time for all of us to move on from what happened last year. I’m looking forward to the new year and a fresh start in my life."

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, Mere Husband Ki Biwi is a rom-com featuring Arjun, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh in the main roles, with Dino Morea, Harsh Gujral, Shakti Kapoor, and others rounding out the cast. The film is brought to you by Vashu Bhagnani & Puja Films, produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh, and is hitting theaters on February 21, 2025.
