Archana Puran Singh was recently engaged in filming a project in Mumbai when she encountered an accident. The actress suffered a significant injury and was subsequently transported to Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital located in Vile Parle, Mumbai. In her latest vlog, she expressed her apologies to Rajkummar Rao for having to depart from the shoot unexpectedly.

Archana suffers an injury on set

On Wednesday, Archana Puran Singh announced her hospitalization at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital following an accident on a film set. She underwent surgery to address a fractured wrist. In a glimpse shared on Instagram from her vlog, the actress expressed, "Whatever happens, happens for good. I am attempting to embrace this perspective... I am truly fine and maintaining my usual positivity ☺️ (It is quite challenging to manage tasks with just one hand; I am realizing this now). WATCH THE FULL EPISODE ON YOUTUBE. In the vlog, Ayushmaan, the son of the actor, conveyed the distressing news to his brother Aaryamann, who was overcome with emotion and began to cry upon learning that their mother required surgery and had sustained bruises on her face. The actor's husband explained that the medical team needed to insert a wire through her wrist to address the fracture.

Archana apologises to Rajkummar Rao

Archana elaborated on the noticeable swelling around her lips resulting from her fall and expressed her disbelief at having fractured her wrist. The actress mentioned, "I reached out to Rajkummar Rao to apologize for my abrupt departure from the shoot. I plan to return for the filming tonight, as the production would incur significant losses otherwise."

She also reflected on the insights gained from this experience, stating, "I was working night shifts when the incident occurred. I am feeling better now. Yesterday, I was in a state of shock. I had anticipated that the surgery would be distressing, but it turned out to be manageable. This experience has taught me valuable lessons. Life can be unpredictable, but eventually, everything resolves itself, even during difficult times when one feels overwhelmed and disoriented."

Following her surgery, the actress was discharged and confirmed her return to work.

In other news, Archana was recently featured in the film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, which also included performances by Rajkummar Rao, Triptii Dimri, Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz, and others. Unfortunately, the film did not achieve commercial success, grossing only ₹58.03 crore globally.
