Apoorva Mukhija found herself at the center of the controversy related to the show India's Got Latent, in which she participated alongside Ranveer Allahbadia. Following the onset of this controversy last month, Apoorva ceased her activity on Instagram. After a month-long hiatus, she has now resumed her presence on the platform, sharing a message through her broadcast channel.

On March 13, Apoorva shared a message on her Instagram broadcast channel stating, "Diwaaro ke bhi kaan hote hain" (Even walls have ears). Additionally, she expressed her gratitude to her followers for their support during this time, saying, "So thank you."
Her last message on the channel named Rebellions was on February 10, the same day Ranveer made a video post apologising for his comments on the controversial episode. Her last message read, ‘This is not how I should be rn.’
About India's Got Latent controversy
Earlier this month, Apoorva and Ranveer visited the NCW office to submit their written apologies. In a video released by ANI last month, Apoorva was seen leaving the police station in Khar, where she chose to evade media inquiries and concealed her face with a mask.
In addition to Apoorva, content creators Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Ranveer Allahbadia appeared in an episode of Samay Raina's show, which has generated significant backlash due to inappropriate remarks. Consequently, all episodes of the show have been removed from YouTube.
Apoorva also starred in the Netflix film Nadaaniyan, featuring Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor, which premiered last week. However, she did not participate in the film's promotional activities and was notably absent from its premiere. Furthermore, she refrained from sharing any content related to the film on her Instagram account.
