Aparshakti Khurana and the entire team of Stree 2 are riding high on the film's blockbuster success. Helmed by Amar Kaushik, the horror-comedy, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, has shattered several box office records. It has turned out to be a money-spinner at the box office. In a recent interview with Zoom, Aparshakti was asked to comment on Shraddha receiving credit for Stree 2's success.

Commenting on this matter, Aparshakti Khurana said, "Main ispe kuch bolunga, baat khulegi toh door tak jaayegi, main kuch bolna nahin chahunga, audience jo kahe wo sahi hain. (If I say something, the conversation will open up and it will be discussed by everyone. I don't want to comment on it, whatever the audience feels is right is right)."

The actor didn't specifically share his thoughts about the credit war for Stree 2's success. Aparshakti stated he was only interested to know what the audience liked about the horror-comedy film. He also credited the audience and media for the film's success. He felt that Amar Kaushik's directorial is doing well because of the positive response.

The Stree 2 actor further mentioned in Hindi, "See this is a PR game. If a channel goes and asks the audience, the original audience on the street, what are they saying? I want to know that. So, this is a PR game, I don’t want to comment on it. I love each and every actor of my film."

Stree 2's global box office success

Meanwhile, Stree 2 has achieved a new milestone. Produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios, the Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer has entered Rs 500 crore club. The producers revealed that the spooky comedy minted Rs 505 crore (gross) within ten days of its theatrical release.
