King Akkineni Nagarjuna expressed his reflections on the remarkable journey of Annapurna Studios, stating, "I remain perplexed by how my father managed to establish such a significant entity as Annapurna Studios during a time when infrastructure was virtually nonexistent. However, one fact is clear: Annapurna Studios has created numerous job opportunities for technicians, emerging artists, and new directors. ANR serves as a source of inspiration for many." This statement was made in a special video commemorating the 50th anniversary of Annapurna Studios.

In the video, Nagarjuna remarked, "Annapurna Studios has now entered its 50th year. My father held a firm belief that behind every successful man stands a woman, attributing his achievements to my mother. This is the reason the studio bears the name Annapurna Studios. Each time I visit, I feel the presence of my parents; every corner of this place resonates with their cherished memories.

We regard the staff at Annapurna as part of our family. The studio's continued success is largely due to the dedication of the Annapurna family, whom we affectionately refer to as the Annapurna Warriors. We extend our gratitude to them on this significant occasion. Annapurna Studios was inaugurated 50 years ago during the Sankranthi festival, and since then, my parents have maintained a tradition of sharing breakfast with the Annapurna family every Sankranthi, a practice that endures to this day.

"My father remains a profound source of inspiration for both myself and my children. Beyond our family, we frequently encounter individuals who speak highly of him. His legacy continues to inspire many. ANN's spirit lives on. Wishing everyone a joyful Sankranthi," Nagarjuna concluded.
