Pax Jolie-Pitt, the son of actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has apparently had a wake-up call after some recent car accidents. According to sources for InTouch, his mom is now laying down some serious rules before he gets back on the road. Jolie is taking a strong approach to make sure her son really gets the dangers of driving after those incidents.

Jolie sets some firm guidelines for her son Pax following the car accidents

A source shared with the media, “She’d really appreciate it if Pax could see these accidents as a wake-up call and slow down, but that seems pretty unlikely.” They also mentioned that Jolie's second oldest son picked up some reckless habits after spending his childhood racing around in dune buggies in Santa Barbara with Pitt.

The source went on, “It was clear he enjoyed the rush of speed. [Angelina] didn’t think it was a big deal back then, but she wishes she hadn’t encouraged it now. But what can she do? He’s grown up, and she can’t stop him from riding his electric bike.”

They added, “At the very least, she wants him to take some defensive driving lessons before he hits the road again, and he’s agreed to that as part of the fallout from the crash. Plus, she’s made him sign a contract promising to always wear his helmet.”

Jolie is still going to feel ‘anxiety’ even with the contract in place

Even though there's a signed contract in place, a source told InTouch, “She’s still going to feel anxious every time he hops on his bike. All she can do is hope that Pax understands how fortunate he is to be alive and with his brain intact, and that he’ll be more careful on the road from now on.”

After crashing his Tesla in May 2024, Pax had a serious e-bike accident in July that left him with significant injuries. But those near misses didn’t slow him down; just a few months later, in January 2025, he ended up in another incident right after getting out of the ICU.
