In an interview with Pinkvilla, Anees Bazmee was asked about his plan for Bhool Bhulaiyaa's fourth installment. To this, the filmmaker said, "Bohot badi zimmedari hogi part 4, chahe koi bhi banaye, but it will be a huge, huge responsibility to make." The director feels so because direct comparisons will be made to the first three parts of the horror comedy franchise.
