The billionaire heir of the Ambani family Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot. Guests from across the world came to bless the couple. From Shah Rukh Khan to Kim Kardashian to Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt – A-list celebrities gathered and enjoyed the wedding. 

In the Mangal Utsav ceremony of the Ambani family, many celebrities from the Bengali entertainment industry also went there. Yash Daasguptaa and Nusrat Jahan, Saswata Chatterjee, and Raima Sen were present there. However, Tota Roy Chowdhury, even being invited, could not attend the ceremony. 

To attend the ceremony, Tota prepared a black Jamdani attire with the help of his favorite designer. Black is his favorite color. But he could not attend the wedding because one of his family members is seriously ill. Tota could not leave Kolkata therefore. He spent several days in Mumbai for the workshop of a film. Then he came back to Kolkata to spend his birthday. He planned to go to Mumbai to attend Anant and Radhika’s wedding. Perhaps the fans could also witness the reunion of the Rocky Aur Rani team. But that could not happen. 

Tota Roy Chowdhury is working simultaneously in both Bollywood and Tollywood. Sometimes he is Feluda in Srijit Mukherji’s web series and at other times he is a Kathak dancer in Karan Johar’s blockbuster Rocky Aur Ranii Kii Prem Kahani. He was supposed to participate in the star-studded reception, but fate had some other plans for him.
