Fans are excited to see how Ana de Armas performs in the John Wick spin-off, Ballerina. The film's creators recently shared a behind-the-scenes clip on their official Instagram, showcasing Ana in a scene where she confronts a male co-star. After the take, she was seen giving him a hug to make sure he was okay after the action.

Ana de Armas performs an action-packed fight scene

In the video, Ana was spotted doing a couple of quick jumps to get into her role. The scene depicted her character in a confrontation with a man who appeared to have barged into her home. When the director called for action, the focus shifted to Ana as she faced off against the man, who charged at her from the kitchen counter, attempting to take her down. In response, Ana picked up a frying pan and struck him on the back of the head, and the action carried on for a few more seconds.

As soon as the director called "cut," Ana relaxed and wrapped her arms around her co-star. She made sure he was alright, and he gave her a reassuring smile. Then, Ana turned to a crew member and joked about having to hit him on the head, letting out a relieved sigh as she smiled.

The upcoming film dives into the intense realm of assassins and serves as a spin-off from the John Wick series. It centers around a young, exceptionally talented assassin portrayed by Ana de Armas.

The plot revolves around her quest for revenge against those responsible for her family's murder, taking place between the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and John Wick: Chapter 4. If the behind-the-scenes footage is anything to go by, fans can look forward to the same stylish action and expertly crafted fight scenes that turned the John Wick franchise into a worldwide sensation. Keanu Reeves returns as John Wick, joined by Anjelica Huston, Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, Gabriel Byrne, and Norman Reedus.
