In an episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 that aired on February 7, host Amitabh Bachchan recounted a delightful story from his childhood, expressing his fondness for rain. He reminisced about the consequences he faced for playing in the mud within his home.

Amitabh Bachchan recalls being scolded by his parents

Arunoday Sharma, a former young contestant who had participated in KBC in 2021, made a notable guest appearance on the show. He inquired of Mr. Bachchan about the most severe reprimand he received during his youth. In response, the esteemed host shared, "When it rained, especially during the first showers, we would engage in extensive play, running around in the rain and getting thoroughly soaked. The mud would become slushy. All our friends would gather, and we would throw mud at one another."

He further recounted how his parents compelled him to clean the entire house, stating, "The entire house was filled with mud. When my parents returned, they asked, 'Who did this?' Consequently, I had to sit down and clean the whole house. That was the most severe scolding we ever received—'Clean up the mud!'"
