Rishi Kaushik has reportedly grown distant from his wife. Recently, he expressed his displeasure about a woman on social media without naming anyone. Netizens could assume that the video was targeted at his wife. After some days, his wife Debjani Chakraborty retaliated and talked of taking legal steps. Rishi shared another cryptic post on Saturday amid his separation rumors. 

Rishi shared a post where he wanted to say that he still had a conscience. “Sometimes I feel bad in the city. I asked someone why I felt so. He said 'You fool, everyone sold their conscience. If you don't sell it, you will feel miserable.'  I asked some people if they would buy my conscience at a cheap rate. But they did not agree since they just sold their own consciences,” he wrote.

His fans commented on the post. Rishi has been married for twelve years. Rishi recently claimed that he understood before the marriage that they had a lot of differences, but still, they came to an agreement. Rishi criticised his wife without naming her. 'Smoking, drinking, night parties with male friends--do these define a modern woman?' He wanted solutions from his fans. 

Rishi Kaushik plays a cop in the recently released Zee5 web series Pashbalish. Besides him, Ishaa Saha, Suhotro Mukhopadhyay, and Saurav Das play important characters in the show.
