Actor Aman Verma and his spouse Vandana Lalwani, who have shared nearly ten years of marriage, have made the decision to separate. Recent reports suggest that they have already commenced divorce proceedings.

According to a report from The Times of India, Aman and Vandana have struggled to mend their relationship despite extensive efforts, as they remain unable to address the fundamental issues affecting their marriage.

"There have been ongoing problems between them for some time. Although they attempted to resolve their conflicts, the situation did not improve. They even considered starting a family, but their differences proved too significant to overcome. Ultimately, it was Vandana who chose to initiate divorce proceedings," stated a source familiar with the couple.

The entertainment portal sought a comment from Aman Verma, who replied, "No comment. Any statements I need to make will be conveyed through my lawyer at the appropriate time." Vandana also chose not to provide any comments on the matter.

More about the couple

Aman and Vandana first crossed paths in 2014 during the filming of Hum Ne Li Hai – Shapath. They became engaged in 2015 and subsequently married in 2016.

In a previous interview with The Times of India, Aman reflected on his marriage, stating, “Marriage has transformed me as an individual. I have become more composed and no longer approach situations with the same level of aggression as I once did. Additionally, for me, marriage represented a significant milestone, as I had lived independently for many years and had resolved that I would only marry when I found the right partner. It has been six years now, and I have no complaints; I am thoroughly enjoying life with Vandana. Previously, I adhered to certain patterns in my life, but now I embrace a more adaptable mindset, recognizing that there are various ways to address challenges.”
