Akhil Akkineni dropped by Allu Arjun's place on Saturday night to show his support following Allu's recent arrest and subsequent release on interim bail. He wasn't alone; his brother Naga Chaitanya, step-cousin Rana Daggubati, and step-uncle Venkatesh also came to check in on the actor.

Akhil dropped by Arjun's place in Jubilee Hills on Saturday night. The moment he spotted Arjun, he pulled him in for a big bear hug and gave him a friendly pat on the back. While Akhil held his hands and said, “Sorry brother,” Arjun responded with a cheerful, “Congratulations,” celebrating Akhil's recent engagement to Zainab Ravdjee. After chatting for a bit, Akhil said his goodbyes with another hug and added, “We’re all really proud of you, take care, brother.”

Earlier today, Chaitanya and Rana dropped by to show their support for Arjun, and Venkatesh swung by in the evening. They spent a little time with the actor before heading out. Vijay Deverakonda told PTI that he’s ‘100%’ backing Arjun on this matter. He also visited Arjun earlier with his brother Anand Deverakonda. Throughout the day, Sudheer Babu, Nimma Upendra, Sharwanand, Sukumar, and several others paid a visit to the actor.

A bunch of celebrities, including Ram Gopal Varma, Ravi Kishan, Varun Dhawan, Rashmika Mandanna, Sreeleela, Vignesh Shivan, Khushbu Sundar, Adivi Sesh, Nithiin, Sundeep Kishan, and more, have also shown their support and empathy.

Allu Arjun got arrested but has since been released on bail.

Arjun got arrested by the Chikadapally police on Friday and was taken to Nampally Court, where he ended up with a 14-day remand. But he decided to challenge the FIR filed against him by going to the Telangana High Court, which granted him a 4-week interim bail.

This all happened after his appearance at the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad, where things got chaotic in the crowd, tragically resulting in a woman's death and her young son being hospitalized in serious condition.
