Top hero Allu Arjun got relief in AP High Court. The High Court dismissed the case registered against him in Nandyala. It is known that the Nandyala Police registered a case against Allu Arjun for violating the election rules during the AP Assembly Elections (2024). But Arjun and former MLA Ravichandrakishor Reddy filed a petition to strike out this case. When this petition came up for hearing on the 25th of last month, the bench responded to this and ordered the police not to take any action on the basis of the FIR regarding this case.

As a result, when this case came up for trial today, the case against him was dismissed. What actually happened is that icon star Allu Arjun went to the home of Shilpa Ravichandra Kishore Reddy, the YCP candidate of Nandyala Legislative Assembly, during the AP assembly elections. Fans came in large numbers to see him. However, the returning officer complained to the police that Allu Arjun and Shilpa Ravi organized a rally in Nandyala without any prior permission. Police have registered a case against Allu Arjun and Shilpa Ravi on the basis of RVO's complaint. A case has been registered under IPC section 188. It is reported that the case has been registered as crime number 71/2024.
