Akansha shared an old audition clip from her time at Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company, captioning it, “Just stumbled upon this gem from 2014—back in my early audition days when I practically lived at @mukeshchhabracc. I was so inexperienced and clueless, sporting some seriously oversized side locks. But I was bursting with excitement, dreams, and that fearless vibe that comes from not knowing what you don’t know. It’s wild to look back and see how much has changed!!”

She also challenged her followers to guess which film she was auditioning for, admitting she couldn’t remember, saying, “PS- can anyone guess what film this is from the character names?? Did it even get made?? I’m totally blank!!!” While her friends didn’t jog her memory, Alia commented, “So lovely (red heart emoji),” and Bhumi Pednekar added, “Kanchu (red heart emoji).” Fans chimed in, noting how ‘innocent’ and ‘young’ she appeared in the video.

In 2023, Alia took on roles in both Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and the American movie Heart of Stone. The following year, she produced and starred in Jigra alongside Vedant Raina and Rahul Ravindran, with Vasan Bala directing the action-packed film. Alia is also set to appear in the YRF spy thriller Alpha and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.

Akansha made a brief appearance in Jigra and is set to feature in the Tamil film MaayaOne. She made her acting debut in 2020 with Guilty and was also part of the 2022 film Monica, O My Darling.
