Actor Alia Bhatt was seen at the Gateway of India jetty on Saturday evening, and the Mumbai paparazzi were quick to capture the moment. She rocked a relaxed beige shirt and matching pants, looking effortlessly stylish with her damp hair cascading over her shoulders. Her choice of transportation also turned heads online.
Are we discussing self-driving cars instead of regular ones?
With the paparazzi shouting her name and urging her to strike a pose, Alia hopped into a waiting auto. The cameras flashed as she sped off in the rickshaw. Her bodyguard settled in beside her, while the driver couldn't help but grin at all the excitement surrounding them.
Some folks mentioned that she was trying to be all ‘down to earth’ and ‘middle class,’ but one person pointed out that getting a car to the jetties in that area is no easy feat. The road is pretty rough and not suited for heavy vehicles. “Man, it’s tough to even get a rickshaw there, how’s she gonna drive a Range Rover?” another person chimed in. Someone else added, “If a car can’t get through, you’ll just have to take an auto. What’s the big deal?”
Alia's job
Alia was recently featured in Vasan Bala's film Jigra, which just hit OTT platforms this Friday. The story revolves around Satya Anand, played by Alia Bhatt, who is a fiercely loyal sister on a perilous and emotional quest to save her brother, Ankur Anand, played by Vedang Raina.
The film explores themes like family bonds, sacrifice, and unwavering determination, delivering a captivating story filled with tension.
Produced by Dharma Productions and presented by Viacom18 Studios and Eternal Sunshine Productions, Jigra's script was co-written by Debashish Irengbam and Vasan Bala. A standout moment in the film is the reimagining of the classic song 'Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka,' featuring Vedang Raina's singing, which brings a blend of nostalgia and modern flair to the movie.
