A renowned celebrity chef recently posted a video on Instagram, offering a glimpse into the kitchen of the actor couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. Presently, the couple lives in Pali Hill with their daughter, Raha Kapoor, but they are preparing to relocate to their new residence, a six-storey bungalow situated in Bandra. Since their marriage in 2022, they have been residing in their current home, known as Vastu.

Step inside Alia and Ranbir's Mumbai kitchen

In the video, the chefs were observed preparing to create an impressive array of dishes as they entered the kitchen. To the surprise of viewers, the kitchen was rather modest and unadorned. Nevertheless, Alia and Ranbir Kapoor contributed a few personal elements to the space. Notably, several charming animal magnets adorned the refrigerator, and a sketch depicting Alia Bhatt, Ranbir, and Raha was displayed on one of the walls, accompanied by a television mounted beneath it.

The kitchen was equipped with various appliances suitable for daily cooking needs. It was well-illuminated, featuring multiple light sources in addition to a large window. The space also included centralized air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The chefs prepared an assortment of dishes, including pasta, biryani, pizza, chicken, and desserts. In sharing the video, they captioned the post, "On today’s episode, we are cooking for #ranbirkapoor, @aliaabhatt, and baby Raha!"

In response to the post, one individual commented, "The kitchen is quite basic and straightforward." Another fan remarked, "Surprisingly, it has been designed for everyday use, lacking any extravagant features." A comment noted, "This is Alia's kitchen; there is a picture of them." Additionally, a social media user observed, "It is quite spacious, especially for a kitchen located in an apartment in Pali Hill, one of the most affluent neighbourhoods in the country."

About Ranbir and Alia's new home

Earlier this year, a report from Bollywood Life indicated that Ranbir Kapoor intends to name the bungalow after his daughter, Raha, whom he shares with Alia. This decision is expected to position Raha as the youngest and wealthiest star child in the Bollywood industry.

According to the report, the new bungalow was acquired by Ranbir and his family for ₹250 crore, making it the most expensive celebrity residence in Mumbai, surpassing both Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. Additionally, it is anticipated that once the bungalow is completed, the entire Kapoor family, including Neetu Kapoor, will reside together in the same household.
