Akshay Kumar, accompanied by Karan Johar, R. Madhavan, and Ananya Panday, unveiled the highly anticipated trailer for his forthcoming film, Kesari Chapter 2: The Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, in Delhi. At the event, the actor commented on the inclusion of the F-word in the film's teaser.

Akshay Kumar on using F-word in teaser

Akshay remarked, “Yes, I did use that word. However, what’s remarkable is that you noticed this, yet the phrase 'you are still a slave' didn’t seem to be a significant insult to you? I believe there is no greater insult than that. I would have preferred if you had highlighted the use of the word 'slave' instead of focusing on 'f* you.' Because, in my view, even if they had shot with a gun at that moment, it would have seemed trivial.” His remarks were met with enthusiastic applause, and Karan Johar was seen smiling in response.

The film's teaser depicted the Golden Temple in 1919, accompanied by a voiceover detailing the British massacre of individuals gathered at Jallianwala Bagh. In the movie, Akshay portrays a resolute lawyer in a courtroom overseen by a British judge. A segment of the teaser features the judge stating, "Don't forget you're still a slave of the British Empire," to which Akshay's character retorts, "F* you."
