Actor Ajith Kumar has endured a second significant crash within a month during the latest phase of his racing career. Currently, he is competing in the Porsche Sprint Challenge representing his own team. A recent video from an event in Valencia, Spain, captures the moment when Ajith's vehicle collided with another racer from behind, subsequently flipping over several times before finally resting on the gravel. This incident has sparked concerns regarding the safety of the 54-year-old actor among his supporters.

Ajith Kumar crashes in Spain race

On Saturday, Suresh Chandra, Ajith's manager, shared a video of the crash on Twitter. "During the races in Valencia, Spain, Round 5 proved to be a successful event for Ajith Kumar, who finished in 14th place and received commendations from all. However, Round 6 was unfortunate, as he experienced two crashes caused by other vehicles. The accompanying video clearly indicates that he was not at fault. After the first crash, he managed to return to the pit and was performing well. Unfortunately, he encountered another crash, resulting in him overturning twice. His determination remains unwavering, and he emerged unscathed to continue racing. We appreciate all the prayers and well-wishes. AK is doing fine," the caption stated.

A recent video shared by Track Tollywood captures the accident from Ajith's perspective, featuring footage from his helmet camera. The alarming incident depicts Ajith's vehicle tumbling multiple times, eliciting concern among many fans for the Tamil superstar's well-being.

One user commented on X (formerly Twitter), stating, "He requires additional practice before engaging in a race! Alongside financial resources and enthusiasm, practice is essential." Others expressed confusion regarding the frequency of Ajith's accidents, with one tweet noting, "I have never seen another professional experience such a series of mishaps." Many expressed relief upon learning that the actor emerged unscathed from the incident, with one remarking, "I hope AK is safe; he is taking considerable risks."

Ajith Kumar's career

Ajith was last featured in the film Vidaamuyarchi, which was directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Despite the anticipation surrounding it as his first release in two years, the film underperformed at the box office. The actor is set to appear next in Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran.

For the past year, Ajith has prioritized his racing career over acting. He made his debut with his newly established team, Ajith Kumar Racing, in the FIA 24H Series, competing in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup Category. This marks his return to professional racing after a hiatus of more than 15 years.
