Actor Ajith Kumar captivated the audience at the Chepauk Stadium when he was seen at the CSK vs SRH match on Friday evening. The actor is enjoying the triumph of his recent film Good Bad Ugly, which has done exceptionally well in cinemas worldwide. Ajith was accompanied by his son Advaik, who was seated on his lap.

Several images from the match coverage, featuring Ajith observing the tournament closely, were posted on X (Formerly Twitter). Ajith appeared stylish in a black shirt, and in one photo, he was captured with his wife Shalini and their son Advaik. Their son was perched on Ajith's lap while the entire family focused on the match and watched MS Dhoni perform.

A short while later, actor Sivakarthikeyan was spotted in the same row, sitting exactly next to Ajith. The two celebrities connected over cricket and appeared to be conversing in between.

Ajith marked 25 years of marriage with his spouse Shalini on April 24. Shalini took to Instagram to share a video from their celebration of 25 years of marriage. The couple participated in a modest cake-cutting ceremony and were captured feeding each other cake in the delightful video.

Ajith started his relationship with Shalini during the filming of Saran’s Amarkalam in 1999. The two exchanged vows in a private wedding ceremony in April 2000 in Chennai. They welcomed their daughter in 2008 and their son in 2015.

Ajith’s most recent film was the action-comedy Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The storyline revolves around a retired gangster who reverts to his former violent ways after his son is unjustly sentenced. In addition to Ajith, the film stars Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Das, Sunil, Karthikeya Dev, Priya Prakash Varrier, Prabhu, Prasanna, Tinnu Anand, and Raghu Ram in prominent roles. It became the highest-grossing Tamil movie of 2025, grossing ₹227 crore globally.
