On Wednesday, Aishwarya Rai's vehicle was struck by a local bus in Mumbai. According to the latest from the paparazzi site Bollywood Shaadis, the collision created quite a scene on the road. It seems the actor's bodyguards were outside the car during the incident. Sources indicate that Aishwarya was not inside the vehicle when the accident occurred.

The paparazzi site reported that the bus rear-ended the car, leading to a significant commotion on the road. Fortunately, the car didn’t sustain any major damage. After the bodyguards talked it over, the car drove away from the scene.

However, sources claim that no accident actually occurred. A police officer from Juhu mentioned that the bus driver was honking, prompting her driver to exit the vehicle and inquire about the honking. There was no collision at all.

In response to the incident, numerous fans voiced their shock and worry for the actor's well-being. One fan exclaimed, “Oh my god, I hope she’s alright.” Another added, “Wishing Aishwarya is safe.” A comment noted, “Thank goodness the car seems undamaged. I hope Aish is okay.”

The actor was last seen in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan: Part 2, where her performance garnered high praise. She even won the Best Actress in a Leading Role (Critics) award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) held in Dubai. This epic historical action drama, directed by Mani Ratnam, hit theaters in 2023.

Aishwarya married Abhishek Bachchan on April 20, 2007, in a private ceremony at one of Amitabh Bachchan's homes, Prateeksha. The couple welcomed their daughter, Aaradhya, on November 16, 2011. Recently, Aishwarya paid tribute to her late father, Krishnaraj Rai, in an Instagram post marking the eighth anniversary of his passing.
