Salman Khan is returning with the much-awaited 18th season of Bigg Boss. The much-loved show will premiere on October 6 and will commence at 9 pm. Apart from TV, Bigg Boss 18 will also premiere on Jio Cinema. Ahead of the grand premiere of the new season, we have curated the complete list of winners from seasons 1 to 17. 

Bigg Boss winners complete list from season 1 to 17

Season 1 - Rahul Roy

Model and actor Rahul Roy lifted the trophy of the first season of Bigg Boss in 2007. With Carol Gracias becoming the runner-up, Rahul won a cash prize of ₹1 crore. Notably, this season was hosted by Arshad Warsi.

Season 2 - Ashutosh Kaushik

Ashutosh was the winner of the second season of Bigg Boss in 2008. Raja Chaudhary was the runner-up hosted by Shilpa Shetty. Ashutosh won ₹1 crore as a cash prize. 

Season 3 - Vindu Dara Singh

Bigg Boss Season 3 which premiered in 2009, was won by Vindu Dara Singh with Amitabh Bachchan playing the host and Pravesh Rana as the runner-up. Vindu also won ₹1 crore.

Season 4 - Shweta Tiwari

Shweta who is famous for her role as Prerna in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, lifted the trophy of the fourth season. This is the first year that Salman Khan played the host, in 2011. She also took home ₹1 crore.

Season 5 - Juhi Parmar

In case you forgot, thee location for this season shifted from Lonavala to Kajrat, with Salman Khan inviting Sanjay Dutt also to host the show in 2012. Juhi who is famous for her role in Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan took home ₹1 crore as she lifted the trophy.

Season 6 - Urvashi Dholakia

The famous Komolika aka Urvashi beat Imam Siddiqui and won the sixth season of Bigg Boss. She received a lot of love for her strategy during the show. Meanwhile, the venue shifted back to Lonavala in 2013. 

Season 7 - Gauahar Khan

In 2013, Gauahar took home ₹50 lakh, and received more votes than Tanishaa Mukherji. She went on to act in films and television shows before and post Bigg Boss.

Season 8 - Gautam Gulati

The makers tried something new in 2015 with Bigg Boss Halla Bol, similar to Ultimate Big Brother, where five contestants from previous seasons compete. TV actor Gautam was the winner in the Farah Khan hosted show. 

Season 9 - Prince Narula

Model, actor, and singer Prince Narula won the show's ninth season in 2016 after winning MTV Roadies 12 and MTV Splitsvilla 8 in 2015. Notably, he met his wife Yuvika Chaudhary in the Bigg Boss house and married her in 2018. 

Season 10 - Manveer Gurjar

Manveer Gurjar won the tenth season of Bigg Boss by beating Bani J and took home ₹50 lakh in 2017. He acted in Radhe and The Bridge.

Season 11 - Shilpa Shinde

Shilpa Shinde beat Hina Khan in 2018 and won ₹44 lakh. The Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai! fame went on to act on TV, apart from a web series, Paurashpur.

Season 12 - Dipika Kakar

Dipika Kakar aka Faiza Ibrahim who is well-known for her roles in Sasural Simar Ka and Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum won ₹30 lakh in 2018 by beating cricketer S Sreesanth. 

Season 13 - Sidharth Shukla

The Balika Vadhu fame and late actor Sidharth Shukla won Bigg Boss right before the pandemic broke in 2020. He beat Asim Riaz and took home ₹50 lakh. He had a sudden demise on September 2, 2021, after suffering a heart attack at the age of 40.

Season 14 - Rubina Dilaik

In 2021, Rubina Dilaik won the show and took home ₹36 lakh. She won more votes than composer Rahul Vaidya. She debuted on the silver screen with the 2022 film Ardh.

Season 15 - Tejasswi Prakash

The Naagin 6 fame won the 15th season of Bigg Boss. She won ₹40 lakh by beating Pratik Sehajpal, the runner-up. 

Season 16 - MC Stan

MC Stan took home ₹31.8 lakh after beating Shiv Thakre in 2023. Since winning the show, MC Stan has toured India and continued to create his independant music.

Season 17 - Munawar Faruqui

Munawar Faruqui won the 18th season of Bigg Boss and received a Hyundai Creta car and a cash prize of ₹50 lakh. Abhishek Kumar was the runner-up in the Salman Khan hosted show.

About Bigg Boss 18

In an earlier promo, Salman Khan in a voiceover hinted at a theme that looks at time as a recurring parameter. The contestants may run against time on the new season of the show. Salman also said that Bigg Boss will look into the future of the contestants this time adding more anticipation for the show.
