Saloni, the Tollywood actress who rocked the lad saying 'Raye Raye Raye Raye Saloni.. Jamu Ratirela Sanduchusi Jump Jilani', is going to be seen on the screen for many days. Her latest film is 'Matka' where she is playing a pivotal role. The makers have recently released the first look poster of Saloni from this film starring Varun Tej. The film crew said that Saloni will play the role of Padma in the film. Mega hero Varun Tej is playing the lead role in this movie and 'Palasa 1978' fame Karuna Kumar is directing this movie.

Vijender Reddy Thigala and Rajani Talluri are producing this movie. Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead. The film team has already announced that the film will be released on November 14. The film unit said that the film is based on a real incident that affected the country during the period of 1958-1982. Varun will be seen in four different getups in this periodical action thriller set in Vizag. Naveen Chandra, Kishore, Ravindra Vijay and others are playing important roles in this movie and Jeevi Prakash Kumar is providing the music.
