Shalini Passi, known for her appearance on Fabulous Lives v/s Bollywood Wives, made her entrance into the Bigg Boss 18 house last week. Her time in the BB 18 house was short-lived, lasting only one day. During her brief participation in the show hosted by Salman Khan, Shalini mentioned that she does not watch television. This statement came in response to Avinash Mishra's inquiry about her familiarity with previous seasons of Bigg Boss. In a recent interview, Shalini elaborated on her reasons for steering clear of television.
Shalini Passi Explains Her Aversion to TV: "I Prefer Apps for News"
In an interview with The Times of India, Shalini Passi expressed her aversion to watching conflicts and dramatic scenes. She stated, "I often feel anxious in negative circumstances. If I am able to assist, that is acceptable, but otherwise, I experience palpitations. I make an effort to steer clear of such situations or distance myself from them. I do not find pleasure in viewing dramas, fights, or excessively dramatic music or visuals, as they induce anxiety in me," Shalini disclosed.
Passi stated that whenever she experienced discomfort in the Bigg Boss 18 house, she communicated this to her fellow contestants. The art collector described herself as being somewhat sensitive. Shalini also recounted her experience of spending a day in the BB 18 house.
She expressed to the publication that she did not enter the reality show with the intention of forming emotional bonds with her housemates. "However, I became emotionally attached to them and found myself in tears upon leaving the house. They were all truly wonderful. At first, a few individuals stood out to me, but as I engaged in conversations with them, I came to realize that each one is quite special," she remarked.
The star of Fabulous Lives v/s Bollywood Wives further disclosed that Sara Arfeen Khan, Yamini Malhotra, Digvijay Rathee, Eisha Singh, and Tajinder Bagga each possess their own unique qualities.

The producers of Bigg Boss 18 have announced a change in the show's airing schedule. The reality program, hosted by Salman Khan, will now be broadcast at 10:30 pm on Colors TV, a shift from its previous time of 10 pm. Weekend episodes will still be available at 9:30 pm. Viewers can also watch Bigg Boss 18 on JioCinema and OTTplay Premium.
