Adnan Sami returns with Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video

Ahead of the trailer release for Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, fans have now got another reason to look forward for the upcoming family drama. Raaj Shaandilyaa’s directorial will also be marking Adnan Sami’s return to the industry, as per a report by News 18 Showsha. In an interview with the news portal, Sachin Sanghvi of Sachin-Jigar composer duo revealed that the ‘Lift Kara De’ singer will be returning to Hindi film music with this upcoming movie.

“I was born in the 80s. I was in my teen years in the 90s. So, I’ve lived every bit of the music of the 90s. The songs of that decade have left a strong impression on me and so, one of the songs in the film is sung by Adnan Sami,” Sanghvi told News18.

Adnan Sami’s soulful voice was last heard in Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan that was released in 2015. He sang the qawwali track, Bhar Do Jholi Meri, and it became an instant hit.

Starring Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri’s fresh pairing, the upcoming movie Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video has been grabbing eyeballs for various reasons.  Whether it is the star cast or the 90s theme, the movie has been garnering attention ever since the announcement of the project.

Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor, Vipul D Shah, Ashwin Varde, and Rajesh Bahl. It is slated for a theatrical release on October 11. It revolves around a small-town couple as their intimate video goes viral and their lives spiral out of control.
