Aditi Sharma's Husband Alleges Infidelity and Seeks ₹25 Lakh for Divorce

Television actress Aditi Sharma, recognized for her performances in series such as Kaleerein, Rabb Se Hai Dua, and Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udaan, has faced allegations of infidelity involving a co-star. In a discussion with India Forums, Aditi's spouse, Abhineet Kaushik, disclosed that they entered into a 'secret marriage' in November 2024, but have since decided to part ways.
Abhineet on secret marriage with Aditi
Abhineet disclosed that he and Aditi first crossed paths in 2020 during the lockdown while participating in an online acting course. They were in a relationship for four years prior to their marriage in 2024. Elaborating on the reasons for keeping their marriage confidential, Abhineet stated, "She frequently urged me to marry her, but I was not in the right mindset for such a commitment. Yet, as is often the case when one is in love, I ultimately acquiesced. However, she stipulated that the marriage must remain a secret, as it was considered taboo within the industry."
Abhineet accuses Aditi of cheating
He elaborated on the difficulties that arose in their marriage, alleging that Aditi was unfaithful with her co-star from Apollena. He recounted, "She had just begun filming for the show, and everything seemed fine initially. However, a new character, Samarthya Gupta, was introduced about a month and a half after our wedding. Aditi informed me that she needed to communicate with him. She also mentioned that he referred to her as ‘Baby Doll’ and treated her poorly, yet she felt compelled to engage with him. A few days later, Aditi mentioned she was going out for dinner. When I tracked her vehicle, I discovered it parked in a society basement. I waited there, and the following morning, I observed Aditi and Samarthya exiting together and heading to the filming location."
He continued by stating that when he confronted Aditi about her feelings for Samarthya, she merely smiled in response. He asserted that their separation was a result of her infidelity with Samarthya. Although he wished to salvage their marriage, Aditi declined, citing the demands of her career. Abhineet's legal representatives claimed that Aditi and her family dismissed the legitimacy of their marriage, labeling it a mere 'mock trial,' and even requested ₹25 lakh for the separation. To date, Aditi has opted to remain silent regarding the situation.
