Tollywood actor Vishwak Sen's residence in Film Nagar, Hyderabad, was allegedly broken into during the early hours of Sunday. Reports from Times Now and M9 News indicate that his father, C. Raju, also known as Karate Raju, has filed a complaint with the police.

Vishwak Sen’s house rubbed

A burglar infiltrated Vishwak's residence, targeting the third floor where his sister, Vanmai, resides, and made off with several valuables. Among the stolen items were a costly diamond ring, jewelry valued in lakhs, and ₹2.2 lakh in cash.

On the day of the incident, Raju was out for a morning walk, and Vishwak was not present at the time of the break-in. Upon awakening, Vanmai discovered her room in disarray and noted the absence of her valuables. Realizing the situation, Raju promptly filed a complaint.

The Hyderabad Police's CLUES team arrived at the scene to gather fingerprints and review footage from nearby CCTV cameras. Authorities suspect that the theft was carried out by someone acquainted with the family and the layout of the house, as the burglar arrived on a motorcycle at 5:50 am, opened the gate, accessed the third floor through a back door, and completed the theft within a mere 20 minutes.

The police have apprehended several suspects in connection with the case. Additionally, it has been reported that Vishwak's family had been away visiting relatives for two days prior to the incident.

Vishwak's recent work

In 2024, Vishwak appeared in the independent film Gaami, the action crime drama Gangs of Godavari, and the action comedy Mechanic Rocky. Among these, Mechanic Rocky was the only film that performed reasonably well at the box office.

In 2025, he took on a role in Laila, which received negative reviews from both critics and audiences, with many criticizing its vulgar content. In response, Vishwak issued an apology letter. Currently, the actor has two upcoming projects, including a comedy titled Funky, directed by Anudeep KV, as well as an untitled action film with Sreedhar Ganta.
