In a recent discussion with CNBC-TV18, the actor expressed his thoughts regarding these familial comparisons.

When inquired about the impact of his family's success, accomplishments, and recognition on his own life, Abhishek stated, "It will never become easier. However, after enduring the same question for 25 years, I have developed a certain resilience to it. If one is comparing me to my father, they are measuring me against the finest. Being compared to the best leads me to believe that perhaps I am deserving of being mentioned alongside these esteemed individuals. I perceive it in that manner. My parents are my parents, my family is my family, my wife is my wife, and I take immense pride in them and their accomplishments, as well as their ongoing endeavours."

He also expressed admiration for Amitabh Bachchan's commitment to his craft, remarking, "Here we are, comfortably seated in an air-conditioned room in Mumbai, conducting this interview over a pleasant cup of coffee, while that 82-year-old is diligently filming for KBC since 7 in the morning. He exemplifies dedication. I aspire to emulate that. Each night, as I prepare for sleep, my thoughts revolve around the hope that when I reach 82, my daughter will be able to say about me, 'My dad is 82, and he is still going strong.'"

Abhishek Bachchan is poised to share the screen with Shah Rukh Khan in Siddharth Anand's upcoming film, King. The cast also includes Suhana Khan and Abhishek Verma. In addition to this project, he is set to appear in Remo D'Souza's Be Happy, which narrates the story of Shiv Rastogi, a father who is resolutely committed to helping his daughter achieve her aspiration of competing on a prominent dance reality show. The release of this film is anticipated for this year.
